My name is Bartek, but you may know me as Baxon Beats. I’m a 29-year-old music producer from Poland, Europe.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve sold thousands of beats and worked with artists both worldwide and locally.

Throughout my journey of becoming a full-time music producer, I’ve failed more than once and made more than a few mistakes. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them.
In 2022, I started offering 1-on-1 online lessons and consultations, where I share my knowledge and experience with people who want to go full-time with their passion. Right now, I work with over 10 music producers every week.
follow your dreams
As a kid, I always dreamed of becoming a musician. I wanted to be a DJ, play big parties and perform at events, but what does a kid really know about the music industry?
When I was 10, my parents signed me up for guitar lessons. I played for over 5 years and loved it.
I was around 16 or 17 when I discovered beatmaking. I fell in love with it, and from that moment, becoming a music producer became my dream. I just had to figure out how to make it happen.
Learn and Grow
In 2023, I enrolled in a one-year online program at the Los Angeles Academy for Artists and Music Production — a hands-on, collaborative course designed to simulate real-world music industry dynamics.
Every week, I worked closely with artists, producers and songwriters from around the world. Those collaborations pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me how to adapt quickly, lead creative sessions and deliver results under pressure.
It was one of the most intense and transformative learning experiences I’ve ever had. It gave me not only technical growth, but also a global network of talented creatives I still collaborate with today.
